Do you often find yourself worried about not having enough time to complete your painting during typical painting nights or casual art workshop? Our course offers a more personalised approach that allows you to take your time and truly savour the creative process. Join us in this unique art collective experience where you can draw or paint whatever you want for 90 min. You can choose from my portfolio of models and techniques, or bring your own idea to explore. What sets us apart is that we offer the perfect balance between personalised attention and the opportunity to connect with others who share your passion. Our intimate group size, limited to just 5 participants, ensures that you'll receive individualised guidance while also fostering a supportive environment for skill-sharing and meaningful discussions.
These art classes are for beginners and intermediates, where you can learn a variety of techniques such as watercolour, pastels, acrylic with paintbrush, pen or palette knife.
I'll provide all the materials you need to get started, including canvas, paint, brushes, and pens. All you need to bring is an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Why Art is Good for Your Spirit - For Adults
Here are some of the reasons why:
Relaxation and Stress Relief: Engaging in art is a fantastic way to unwind and take your mind off everyday stresses. Whether you're painting, drawing, or sculpting, creating art can be a deeply calming and therapeutic experience.
Self-Expression and Introspection: Art offers a powerful way to express yourself and explore your innermost thoughts and emotions. It can be especially helpful for expressing feelings that are difficult to put into words.
Art Therapy Exercises: If you're looking for ways to relax and recharge, I can recommend a variety of Art Therapy exercises that can help you do just that. Together, we can explore a portfolio of techniques using pastels, watercolours, acrylics, and more, to find the perfect fit for you.
No Artistic Skills Required: Don't worry if you don't consider yourself an artist - all are welcome here!
So why not take some time for yourself and experience the joy of creating art?
